Eligible Cancellation Cases:

  • If the service has not been initiated or activated, customers may request cancellation within 2 days of purchase.
  • If we are unable to fulfill the service due to internal limitations, the customer will be eligible for cancellation and a full refund.
  • If an incorrect service was purchased due to a technical issue, the customer must notify us immediately for correction or cancellation.

Non-Cancellable Cases:

  • Once the service has been initiated, setup, or delivered, cancellation will not be possible.
  • If the delay in service delivery was due to the customer’s failure to provide necessary information.
  • Services that include third-party licenses, software, or hosting fees are non-cancellable once processed.

2. Service Replacement Policy
We strive to provide the highest quality of service. If a service does not meet the agreed-upon terms, a replacement may be considered under the following conditions:

Eligible Replacement Cases:

  • If the delivered service does not match the initial agreement or purchase specifications.
  • If a major technical issue prevents the service from functioning as intended.
  • If an incorrect service was provided due to an internal system error.

Non-Replacement Cases:

  • If the customer changes their mind or prefers another service after activation.
  • If the issue results from third-party interference or modifications by the customer.
  • If the service has been used beyond the agreed-upon conditions.

3. Request Process for Cancellation or Replacement

  • The request must include the order ID, reason for cancellation or replacement, and relevant details.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days with the appropriate resolution.
