  • If the service provided does not match the agreed-upon scope as per the initial purchase agreement.
  • If a duplicate payment was made due to a system error.

  • The request must include the order ID, reason for the refund, and any relevant documentation.
  • Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 to 45 days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
  • Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
